What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, the school or organisation you are enquiring for, your phone number, your email address, what kind of session you are asking about, and anything you write in the message. That is all. This website does not ask for an address, a date of birth or payment details.

Like any website, the server that hosts this one records standard technical information when a page is loaded, such as the page requested and the time it was requested.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and to arrange a session. Nothing else. It is not sold, rented or passed to anyone else, and you are not added to a mailing list because you asked a question.

Where it goes and how long it is kept

An enquiry is sent straight to us as an email. It is not stored in a database on this website. The email is kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would like it deleted, ask and it will be deleted.

Children

No information about children is collected through this website. Enquiries come from schools, workplaces and community organisations, and the form asks only about the person making the enquiry and the organisation they are enquiring for.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There are no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, and no scripts loaded from any other company's servers. Nothing about your visit is shared with a third party.

Getting in touch about your information

To ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, ring 0414 378 994 or use the enquiry form and say so in the message.
